Cafetaria Op de Boom

Op De Boom is a snack bar with a history that dates back to 1927. Although the name, snacks on offer, and owners have changed on several occasions over the years, Op De Boom is a real family business. Full of pride, owner Hen Dauven tells us about his snack bar’s unique character: ‘Through the years, we have made various changes, while always preserving top-class service, the best quality, and a great atmosphere in the snack bar.’

This snack bar has been using Levo products for over 10 years now. ‘We use Grenada Gold frying oil, sunflower oil, and the gluten-free Levonaise chip sauce’, says Hen. ‘These products all come in extremely user-friendly packaging and they offer excellent quality. The frying oil is neutral in taste, which is important to us because it means you get the pure flavour of the potato in your chips.’

Patrons have also commended Op De Boom on the Levo sauces they use. ‘We get a lot of positive feedback on the Levonaise chip sauce. It’s gluten-free and we – as well as our patrons – really love the taste.’ Thanks to the quality of the products and Levo’s service, Op De Boom has been a loyal Levo customer for years. ‘They are always friendly and never keep you waiting.
