Fish frying oil

To achieve the best result when frying fish, it’s important you choose the right fish frying oil! Oils such as soybean oil and peanut oil can be used as fish frying oil, but choosing a blend such as Grenada Gold is also possible.

Soybean oil contains a high percentage of polyunsaturated fatty acids and will have to be replaced more quickly than say peanut oil when heated.

Indeed, peanut oil contains a high percentage of mono-unsaturated fatty acids and is more resistant to prolonged heating than soybean oil.

Grenada Gold was developed by Levo and is the best oil for prolonged heating and therefore also for frying fish.
