High-oleic sunflower oil
Globally, sunflower oil is one of the most widely used vegetable oils. In addition to regular sunflower oil, high-oleic sunflower oil has also become increasingly popular in recent years. The great advantage of high-oleic sunflower oil is that it contains a very high percentage of mono-unsaturated fatty acids which makes it ideal for prolonged high-temperature cooking. This property also means that Levo high-oleic sunflower oil is often used as a base in various deep-frying oils.
