Dikke Draai

For over 40 years, De Dikke Draai has been running at full speed in Surhuisterveen, Friesland. In recent years, the cafeteria has been taken over by the second generation. Brother and sister Binne and Yneke Postma have expanded the business with a restaurant. For nearly twenty years, this family-run company has been using Levo products, such as Grenada Gold deep-frying oil, Better cooking oil, and various Levo sauces.

Binne explains: “Grenada Gold frying oil is simply the best! The pans are easy to refill, and what I like most is that the oil is odorless. That means no unpleasant frying smell in the place.”

They’re also very enthusiastic about LevoNaise fries sauce. “The great thing about LevoNaise is that it’s gluten- and lactose-free,” says Yneke. “Not long ago, we had a guest with a lactose-free diet, and since we use only LevoNaise as a base for our dressings, I didn’t have to prepare a separate dish for her. That’s incredibly convenient!”
They’re equally pleased with the taste of both the LevoNaise and Levo curry sauce. “It truly is the tastiest curry out there. Since it’s been produced in buckets, we’ve become loyal customers. We receive nothing but positive feedback from our guests.”
